REGISTRATION ALLOCATION

Last year we set a limit of 150 places, which we felt turned out pretty well, so this year we decided to increase this number to 200.

For several years, due to logistical reasons and political choices, there are some places that are reserved in advance or reserved for certain categories of participants. Here’s what it will look like in 2023:

There are about 70 places that will be reserved in advance for people whose participation is necessary for the proper functioning of the event, as well as for people who because of visa requirements have to register in advance:
•  40 for the International Commission (including local coordinators)
•  15 for the members of the organising team
•  8 for KFC members ( the kitchen team)
•  3 for BLA members, who help us with interpretation
•  4 just in case
•
60% of the remaining places ( 80 places) are reserved for participants who experience :
• racism and/or
• transmisogyny and/or
• disability and/or
• who are over 50 years old

The remaining 50 places are allocated without any particular criteria.
